What began as a humble pop-up tasting menu inside East End Market in the fall of 2021 quickly captured the attention of Orlando locals and food enthusiasts alike. Operating as a two-person team, Chef Tung served distinctive Vietnamese-French flavors to just two seatings a night, four nights a week, in a small shared space known as The Neighbors.

By the spring of 2022, the buzz surrounding Camille had grown, and plans for a permanent location were announced. Despite months of delays, Camille officially opened the doors to its brick-and-mortar restaurant in Baldwin Park in June 2023. In less than a year, the team—an intimate and dedicated group of nine—achieved one of the highest honors in the culinary world: a Michelin Star in the spring of 2024.

In June 2025, Camille proudly celebrated its two-year anniversary. As the restaurant reflects on its journey, the team remains focused on the future—committed to pushing the boundaries of Vietnamese cuisine through progressive, modern interpretations that honor tradition while embracing innovation. Chef Tung and the team are excited for what lies ahead and remain dedicated to taking Vietnamese food to inspiring new heights.
